Calibre review by Download.hr Team on 16.03.2015
Calibre is a free and open source e-book library management application developed by users of e-books for users of e-books. Calibre is a library for eBooks. When you run Calibre for the very first time, you'll be presented with a Welcome Wizard which will request that you choose one of many supported languages, pick the location where your books will likely be stored, and choose your eBook device. The Welcome Wizard will even invite you to view some demo videos and read the user manual. It has a large, bold interface that's extremely simple to use, and ebook files of the majority of formats can only be dragged into the Calibre window. The main pane of Calibre interface presents the eBooks in your collection as a list. Select a book and you'll notice its cover and a bit of information about the book in the pane on the right hand side. Editing the metadata (title, genre etc) is merely a case of hitting the button on the tool bar, and typing in your changes. You can select multiple books and edit them in volume also, for instance, if you would like to regroup some books in a certain genre. By default, Calibre creates its library folder in your Files library. Calibre is, in addition, amazing for adding PDFs and other files to the Kindle. Calibre automatically detects this and allows you to recode them before transferring them. Actually , it can convert files into virtual books with great ease, since it supports various formats, including AZQ, LRF, LIT, EPUB, MOBI, PRC, etc. Calibre is a program which has all the applications you must keep your library organized, convert eBooks to EPUB, manage your e-Book reader and get the most recent news, all in an easy and intuitive interface.

Download and install Calibre safely and without concerns.
