How to Disable Windows Error Reporting in Windows 8.1

STEP 1: On the Control Panel window, click Action Center, then click the Change Action Center settings link.
STEP 2: Look under the Related settings section, then click Problem reporting settings.
STEP 3: Select the Never check for solutions (not recommended) option, then click OK.
