How do I move my iPhone 7 ringtones?

Windows 10 Chrome 86.0.4240.198
I've got ringtones and they're all in the .m4r format. I tried to drag in iTunes all ringtones in the ringtones section, but it seems to be a minus sign

I tried to go to File or add Files, then all those tones were picked, but I couldn't find them anywhere. How can I get this done? Suggest pls.
