    Eat normal food that looks like how it came. Purchasing want potatoes, don't buy 'em in a box, chose the raw potatoe and steam them. Eat an apple a day, maybe a banana along with many carrots. Why not a pear. The fiber in fruits and vegetables is exceedingly important to keep the impurities from re-entering your blood via the big intestine.
