Track down Carmen Isabella Sandiego

Apprehend the thief by following him or her to the different locations. In order to do this, you will need to question witnesses and informants, and scan for objects. These clues will point you in the correct direction to pursue. However, there is a catch: You only have a certain amount of time to apprehend the thief, and everything you do costs valuable time! However, if you succeed in arresting all of Carmen's henchmen (and henchwomen), you will be finally able to track down Carmen Isabella Sandiego herself.
